- Day 1: 2-Hour Kickoff Call
We meet (in-person or virtually) to understand your product, challenges, and goals. We’ll review where things stand, define the problem, and outline what success looks like.
- Days 2-4: Deep Dive Analysis
Our team will conduct a thorough analysis across relevant engineering disciplines – mechanical, electrical, embedded systems, manufacturing. You can ship us prototypes or samples to work with, or we can work from documentation. We’ll be in regular contact for questions and follow-ups.
- Day 5: Recommended Action Plan Delivery

- After the Sprint:

The Challenge: A sensor startup needed to characterize blood flow with noisy raw data and couldn’t determine if their sensor worked or failed.
