Came across a fun guide for non-designers on how design works. Good (and bad) design can affect so much of our lives as users, and yet it’s often ignored. To be honest, it’s so often ignored in product development because good design is subtle and easily overlooked, as if “intuitive” just happens.
I’ll just add that “design” isn’t just for expensive consumer products. Even a specialized medical analyzer has users.
